Returns Information

Please email us on the Contact US with the returns issue. We will get back to you as soon as possible and arrange for replacement or discuss any issues.

Acceptable Returns Policy-

We can accept returns for broken or damaged glass/crystal products during in transit by way of using the contact us form with a picture of the product and the box it was delivered with. We understand it can be upsetting receiving your product in an unacceptable condition due to heavy handed deliveries and we will strive to have it replaced as soon as possible, there maybe a delay in the exchange especially if it requires personalising your products again.

Acceptable returns of personalised products.

We can accept returns of personalised products if there is a error with the engraving on our part such as typo's and or bad scratching due to the process, but as these are personalised products which we have changed (i.e. by engraving or cutting into the product) we cannot guarantee that we can accept all returns due to the provided details that you have submitted for engraving/personalising. At Fairley's Of Stirling will endeavour to receive as many personalised returned products within our policy. All work and submission should be checked by yourselves during checkout including for spelling errors, date's and name(s) as we cannot be accountable for submission errors.
